feds-cards anyone deal wth on ebay?

Im not trying to slam anyone here I just want to know if anyone has any transactions with this seller.
I took three weeks for cards to arrive. I recieved a message stating he was on vacation for 2 weeks but they had auctions running that were started less then 7 days earlier. Another collector I know bought something from him on Nov 10th and didnt recieve until Dec 10th.
