2002 Lincoln pair MS68, price?

Would $175 for a P and D pair in MS68 be a good price? I know nothing about Lincolns!

Sounds a little high for this early in the game. Ebay has a number of listings that close over the weekend and that should give you a very good idea of the market price. You can probably pull up recent closing also to get even more info.

    Good Luck!

I'd say that was about right at this stage in getting these graded and to market. However, wait a few months until there is a bunch of them in the pop reports and you can get a pair for about $50. Dave

    If you're selling- sure.
If you're buying, definitely hold out.
    MS68 1999's and 2000's and 2001's routinely sell for under $40.00 each.
  • Thanks, I guess Lincolns in MS68 arent that rare!

Since 1984 the mint has been putting many superb lincolns in
the mint sets. A high percentage of the early years have a lot
of planchet problems, but very high grades are not tough. Most
of the '68 to '83 coins are extremely elusive. This especially ap-
plies to the D mint coins in the early to mid 70's. Some of these
are scarcer in high grade than the early key dates are.
