ERROR CARD OF THE WEEK 11/01/2009 (1982 Fleer John Littlefield)

THIS WEEK'S CARD IS THE 1982 FLEER JOHN LITTLEFIELD ERROR:

This card is a Reverse Negative of Littlefield regular fleer card #576. In the error card he is pictured throwing left handed instead of right handed.

The card is a rare modern error and a PSA 10 is in the $200 dollar range. The card is though to find in good condition, as many of the 82' Fleers.

Below are the 33 Littlefield errors that I own and also the error/correct picture. Enjoy, and please post your comments !!!

    Nice collection! I'm always amazed how that card really is pretty rare for a modern issue. I sold a lot of 5 a few years back on the bay and remember being amazed how much I got for them.

    Here's a PSA10: ridiculous

    Yep, just hit the edit button at the bottom and type the changes in the title box.

    I finally got one of those last year for my reverse negatives collection. I think I only paid $20 or $30 for it. I can remember when they booked for $200 raw!

    Yeah, I think I have 5 with a legit shot at a PSA 10.

    I am gonna renew my membership at the end of the month and send them in.

    Great collection. Always wanted one of these back in the day and I hope to find one in the next year or so. It was one of those cards I could never get when I was a kid and would be trilled to add to my collection now that I have gotten back into the hobby.

    Reversed negative cards image Cool.

    There are some complete sets will all the cards being reversed ie W516-1-2, W516-2-1, W516-2-2, W522, etc.

    And the well known 1957 Topps Aaron batting lefty. But what other cards (pre1985) have reversed negatives???

    It just so happens I have been getting ready to post pics of my collection. I did it a couple of years ago but now have updates. Stay tuned.
