TTM and SASE to Canada

Attempting my first TTM auto. To Canda-eh. I tried to buy stamps online but was unable to (can't shipto any other country but Canda-eh). I'd like to make this as painless as possible for the recipient -- I'm guessing a few extra $$ for postage would suffice but figured all the easier if he was able to just sign and post.

Suggestion or ideas where I could get about $2.10C in postage?

Not sure if it makes sense to just send Vlad one request and I'd volunteer to mail out to US residents. If Vito and more were interested (pending Vlad willing that is)
