This guy lists a bunch of 56 Topps and in his titles saying things like only 5 higher, etc.... problem is they all have qualifiers and there are hundreds in better grades.
Not listing the qualifier in the title is deceptive and basically shows that the seller is dishonest or at least hoping he'll fool some inexperienced buyer into thinking it's a card exactly like the grade listed in the title.

Nobody will open the listing.

They try to check them manually.
They also accept reports of problems from users.
If they miss some, the averages are skewed.
