When is the next PSA Friday?

I didn't see any upcoming dates on the website.

  • It's Dec. 11. Just put in California and it will list it. Also I was there last week, and they said it is in Decemeber.

I think if you are local you can just bring stuff to their office.. I don't really get the point of it..

Really? You must not mind adding roughly $1 a card for shipping back and forth, which obviously adds up quickly. For instance, if you submit 5 times a year, and a hundred cards per submission at the cheapest collector rate of $4.50, you can save enough to have 88 cards graded for free in addition by dropping them off and picking them up.

That is considering you are insuring them at $50 each, if it is more, then you obviously would save even more.

For the locals in SoCal, PSA Friday is a great service. The lines get long sometimes though.

Anyone going to the PSA Friday on July 2nd? I'm going to stop by to submit some cards for reholdering. Hopefully they will keep the old flips.

Can you submit cards for grading without a membership? The only time I ever went was for reholdering and a tampered case issue.

OK. For some reason I thought you could submit cards on PSA Friday without a membership. Haven't gone in a long time.

  • My office is about 25 minutes away so I sometimes go and do the Friday drop off. I have been three times and never had more than a 10 minute wait. Sometimes you can drop off autographs and get them back later that day. Big shipping savings on a hockey stick! If your local it is also worth it to meet some of the employees. Laura Rosenberg and Cosetta are quite nice when you meet them.

Lastly, great restaurants just 10 minutes away in beautiful Newport Beach, California. I normally take a couple of my employees to have a nice lunch out there.
