Allen & Ginter Bazooka Mini

I found an A&G Mini Bazooka back in a pack of 2009's. It's Joe Saunders and I was wondering how to determine the value. I found some on-line going for $4 and others for $99. How do I determine the value especially when Beckett doesn't list them due to scarcity?

Welcome to the boards

The only way to determine actual value is to search completed auctions for the same card. The reason they vary so much is the player on the card. Even the same card can vary quite a bit if the big collectors of that particular player or set already have one.

Beckett is pretty irrelevent nowadays for values. Some people use it for trade value but as far as dollar value, many cards are lucky to get half of what Beckett says in an actual auction.

nice pull though. My guess is you'd get 10-15 on Ebay for it unless you can get 2 or more Saunders collectors fighting over it

Thanks for the info! I'll probably hold onto it for a few years and see what happens. I'm a big Angels fan anyway so a Saunders Bazooka is definitely worth me hanging onto.

Oh and since Beckett is irrelevant (it's been about 15 years since I last collected so I was not aware of this), where can I check the values? Or what they sold for at auction? Just ebay or is there a more dedicated site to just sports cards?

Is there one? I don't think there is. Wasn't it just a select few players they chose to do the Bazooka back on? If you can give me a list of all of the Bazooka backs, I'll do it!

Every card (1-350) has a Bazooka back version as well as a couple other backs, and then there are silks too. I am still trying to do an A&G master set of the 2008 Cardinals.

And don't forget woods, printing plates, rip cards and extended minis. A master team set is a challenge!

Well, I'm never one to back down from a challenge....Master Team Set for the Angels, here I come!!! Anybody have some A&G Angels cards they want to sell?
