My wonderful lady says it says the following, she is half-Japanese:

Over the 4500 yen (around 50 bucks), it says "Outfield Seat."

Under the "Outfield Seat" it says something like "All fees included."

The other half also says "Outfield Seat."

The bottom right says "March 25 Tuesday."

My 3 month old is half Japanese and told me it says the following:

"I just pooped a lot and some of it went out of my diaper, so clean me up and then feed me or I'll cry all day and you'll never get any work done. When I'm done eating I want to look at something shiny."

Seems like a weird thing to print on a ticket stub but he is half Japanese so I gotta take his word for it.
