Made a nice modern score! 100k of cards.

So made a nice little score thursday. Found it on craigslist and price was in reason so go check them out. Pretty much modern junk the major rc's were pulled jeters, arods, mattingly, boggs and so on. The 52's my buddy go hey what the heck are these I freaked thinkin couldnt be so lucky grab them from his hand no biggy authentic grade or 1's. So as I sat there looked at it all everythings out of order no sequence what so ever 100k of asst cards.....Not really wanting to take on the chore i tossed a number at him thinking he'd counter in the middle he took the offer. Now starting to go through it all Im a little ashamed i didnt pay the full price...Im into maybe 25k of cards and already have 150 griffeys, ryans, pulled. Im now the king of david robinson as well probably have over 500 so far....How bout chris webber a million this guy was a freak on webber...Not sure what terrell davis rc's are going for last year it was close to a buck 2-300...

Just an odd collection really never seen anything like it almost as if he'd just go to the store buy a bunch of packs pull the auto's and #'d and toss them in a 5k..

Heres some pics I'll add some daily for enjoyment...

Uh oh! Looks like you can toss your collecting goals for 2009 out the window, eh? I just happened to read the "2009 Collecting Goals" thread. In it you mentioned:

"Get myself down to 25 binders and 1 suv load of 5k's

    Done luggin it around! "

lol -- it's hard to resist the urge to collect, ain't it?! Hope you have fun and get your money's worth of entertainment out of this hoard!
