How would PSA grade a card that was off center but EVER card of it was centered the same?

The card I am talking about is a 2008 Jason Heyward Bowman AFLAC autograph. There are limited number of these produced and everyone of them is off center top to bottom.

Anyone have any ideas? Case in point... card in question
