What is UD thinking?

I can't help but laugh about this. I saw this on another forum and thought I'd share it. It's from 2009 UD Ballpark. JD Drew hasn't played for the Cardinals since 2003. image

Edited to add that I just realized that not one player is pictured w/ the team that they are stated as playing for. LOL

Good call. I just looked at the other side and it's all players that play for the Yankees in there former teams uniform. Still a stupid idea so I'm standing by my previous statement. image

I think they have to put the picture of the player from the team he was on that the uniform is from. And then they always list the current team they're on

They've been doing that for a while probably to help get rid of some of the old uniform pieces they have left.

I actually applaud they way they are doing it now.

When Schilling 1st came to the Sox I pulled a GU card of him. He was in a Sox uni on the card and the swatch was purple.

I bet this all stems from some anal retentive lawyer who threatened a lawsiut. Like the clown in the Howard baseball issue.
  • Ugh, do we really need a reminder that he "played" for the Cards at one time, poorly?
