old psa holder to new question..please help.

i recently got an old 1887 old judge card and as many people may know, it is smaller than todays standard card, well back when psa was just begining they placed these smaler cards in larger holders, must i have a psa membership to have it reholderd into a holder that fits the card? and if i can how do i go about it.

    I will say yes you need an account. You will need to print a submission form from here and send your card in .
    I know you need an account to print a submission form so if thats all you need I can do that for you. Heck LMK

    If you call PSA, they will send you a submission form without being a member.
