Cy Young Signature

My father recently passed away at age 92. He was born (and lived his first fifty years) in Dover, Ohio. He was also a Mason. One of his belongings which he left was a Masonic document (I'm not a Mason so I cannot tell you what it is). It carries the signatures of a number of members of the organization and, apparently, is some sort of "log" as the dates range from 1950-1962.
One of the signatures on this document is Cy Young. My father's hometown is not far from Young's birthplace of Peoli. I remember my father showing me this document many years ago and pointing out the fact that Young had signed it. He mentioned that Young was very old at the time.
Although it has been kept folded, this document is in excellent condition and I am considering having it framed. It is a treasured family heirloom and I do not believe that I could consider selling it at any price. But I was curious as to its value. Young's signature is not dated.
