Congratulations Donovan! (1989FBRCollector)

Donovan recently completed and published "Baseball Card Variations". I was lucky enough to read through a copy and he did a great job. I know how hard he's worked on this, and getting it all together was surely no small feat.

Just saw that he has info in his sig. If you're an error/variation collector, I suggest picking one up from him.

Nice work Donovan!

  • Thanks for the kind words.

In all honesty, B/W pics turned out...crappy. I self printed to keep it cheap and well....if any color pics are wanted that's in the book, lmk.

Also noticed I made some mistakes on setting up/placement of the the Header (Brand names) on a few.

Then I failed to * the print flaws. Cards I wanted to omit. Originally did. Then saw many sell on ebay so from the notes I kept I listed these and put a notation by them but then later saw some I missed.

Just wanted to point this out as I dont want this to be taken as something I thought was my best work.

Any questions on info inside, lmk and I'll try to elaborate.

Thanks again. It was fun and I learned alot and it's a good addition to my collection. image Wish I had more time to expand and such but with a new house on the way that needs ALOT of work, I just cannot.

    Happy Hunting

Just sent my $$ for a copy!!!!!

Anxious to see what errors/variations I missed when I put together my '67 baseball set.
    STAY HEALTHY!

    Doug

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
  • There's errors in the '67 set?
