On a Finest refractor say?

I believe it will affect the surface grade. Just rub it out gently with a fine cloth.

About 7 or 8 years ago, I saw a Kobe Chrome RC Refractor PSA 10 at a local show with a HUGE fingerprint on it. The dealer joked because he said it came from him when he sent the card in. I guess it probably depends on the grader.
