Help with modern sought

As a collector of mainly 70s cards, I'm largely ignorant of the newer stuff. Anyone out there know what issues are considered to be the most desirable/rarest RCs of Robsinson Cano and Mark Teixeira?
Trying to put together a collection of the best '09 Yankee RCs.

Mark Teixeira's most sought after card is the 2001 Ultimate Collection.I am not positive about Cano.I know he has a 2003 Topps Chrome rookie.

I'm pretty sure 2003 Bowman Chrome is Cano's best card.

Cano had an autographed card in 2003 Bowman Heritage that is his best by far. Books at $150 i think.

Teixeira's is the 2001 Ultimate followed closely by his 2001 SPX

Here is the Cano on ebay...very condition sensitive card and his only autographed rc.

Thanks for the advice. Will try to track that Heritage Cano down in a PSA slab or if not BGS for sure.

Two more quick questions:

1. You guys happen know which Posada RC is the best?
2. What is the usual ballpark range for these cards in MT or GEM MT? I see on e-bay a 2003 Heritage Auto Cano BGS 9 for $280 and a 2001 Ultimate Tex PSA 9 for $325.

Jorge's best rookie card, and fairly inexpensive. I think I picked this up for ~$20 about a year ago.
