1991 Action Packed Justice Byron White Award Set?

Hi all, I don't post much, but I'm trying to get back into reorganizing a bunch of my old cards.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows any information about this set, 1991 Action Packed Justice Byron "Whizzer" White Award Set, June 23, 1991, Chicago, IL.

Here is a link to the ebay listing for a photo:

I've seen a lot of different early Action Packed stuff, but I'm guessing this was a promotional set for Justice Byron? Does anyone know what cards this set includes?

I'm trying to go back and rebuild some 80's and 90's football sets, and I'm just wondering if there's a premium on this oddball set.

Call me crazy, but I also have a couple 1990 Fleer football boxes on the way!

Thanks for any light anyone can shed on this. image

I just bought one on e-bay for 5 bucks. I like the old action packed cards. The checklist consists of the players that won the annual wizzer white award. Bart Star, Gale Sayers and Rodger Staubach are some of the players included.

I thought maybe there were some of the regular issue cards just thrown in a customized box. I didn't think there would be old stars like Staubach in there. I don't think those were available anywhere else that I'm aware of. I may need to bid on the one on ebay now.

I've also been looking on ebay for some of the old Action Packed stuff. The basketball prototypes are hugely interesting, but kind of expensive.

I remember buying packs of the 1990 Action Packed at the University of Central Florida bookstore on a limited budget. I pulled a bunch of Montanas and Bo Jacksons, and a few Jeff Georges which was great at the time. I don't remember offhand if George was in the Update or Regular series.

It was great when they got the Update Series packs in. I actually pulled 2 or 3 of the Emmit Smiths, but one was not glued together properly (or however they were made), so the borders were not even. I guess you could call that a truly off-centered card. image
