PSA/DNA now has competiton

It appears MINT Grading is now taking over the autograph buisness.

MINT IS TAKING OVER

This Waite Hoyt autograph is authentic, I know Hoyt's Signature (I have over 30). Would anyone buy something like this of Mantle or DiMaggio graded by MINT? I don't think I would.

    This is the first item I've ever seen by MINT. Has anyone else seen them grade autographed cards before?

    Hi Dave,

    As liberal as MGC is with overgrading cards, I would imagine PSA/DNA has nothing to worry about. Even if they have the expertise to back their authenticity claims of a signature, their reputation in the card grading business will probably be a big deterrent to most.

    This is the first time that I've seen autos authenticated by MGC.

    The flip only says the card is autographed, not authentic.
