I am not convinced it is the refractor version, which sells for considerably more graded. Seems like he left alot of money on the table if it is a refractor.

I don't think anybody would want a negative for sending a regular card instead of a refractor. I'm pretty sure its a refractor and if it sells for cheap dosen't mean anything, thats just ebay auctions for you.

Because a few people say something bad about somebody dosen't mean its true. I see people saying all sorts of things and whats to use if their lying? Not saying that a few people haven't had bad experiences with him, but when you have many feedbacks or bound to have a few bad. Just saying, don't believe EVERYTHING some people say...

I bought about 4 times, or was it 3. Anyway, everything went well. Fast shipping, I remember the shipping very low priced too. Cards were as advertised and so on. Again, i'm sure some have had a bad experience for whatever the reason, but dosen't mean you just STOP buying from somebody.

I have never dealt with him, but I thought it was a little strange. Sold for $117,so hopefully it was a legit card.

  • No, I didn't read past threads, and I don't doubt people had problems with him. I'm sure you have the legit problems, but you also have a "selected" few that will just make things up out of nowhere just to BS around.

Sorry to the people who had problems and thankfully I didn't have any problems. To the people who don't like a person for a silly reason, such as I don't like his face image Thats just plain bumb. I really don't have time to read the threads, but i'll check them out at some point.

i got duped and bought a 2001 spx auto rc ichiro from one of his alias ids on ebay, i didnt realize it was him till after i paid. I got the card in and what do you know, the bottom edge was trimmed up. I emailed him for a refund and a paypal complaint, sent him the card back but didnt hear back from him and paypal toyed with me so I did an amex chargeback and got my money back. Stay away from that dude, I refuse to give him any business ever

  • Thats why it pays to buy PSA graded cards, you never really know what the condition of the card is, or if its damaged in any way...
  • BTW, the times I bought from him all the cards were graded. Tell you the truth, can't remember one time when I bought a raw card off ebay from any seller that wasen't damaged in some way. None were trimmed or anything like that, but corners and edges and such. Never expect to buy a card online that will come back a 9 or 10. Thats why the good ols fahion card shop or store is always the way to go, if one is in your area that is...

How much for the other 1% of the card?

potential? I just sent the seller a question wondering who really had the card - him or memory lane? LOL
  • I won a couple cheap PSA DNA cards from him a year or so ago and never got them. EB22, there are more then a couple that have had problems with him....on this board alone.

    1) It's a refractor.

    2) It doesn't bring any more in a BGS 9 slab then it does raw, so there's really no need to do the review thing, or even get it slabbed for that matter.

    3) The guy's a scumbag and I would never buy a card from him. It's probably trimmed but who the hell knows.
