After pulling teeth with a seller who did not ship an item I won off of ebay, I finally got a refund from him. I recieved the refund 4 or 5 days ago but it does not show up in my balance. It shows still pending in the transaction window. I do not see anything giving me an option to accept the refund. My question is, does it normally take this long to go through? or, is there something that must be done on my end? or, is it something on the sellers end? Thanks for any help!

yes it can take a few days, the seller did not have a PP balance to draw the refund from and PP is waiting for his bank
to transfer the funds.
Has happened to me as both the refunder and refundee.
