Should I cancel his bid and block 'em?

The winning bidder of one of my prewar PSA graded items has a feedback score of 1, and I while I was a POP 1 myself, I get a little nervous when it comes to the newbies on the Bay. That said, does he deserve a chance, or should I edit my buyer preferences to include blocking individuals who possess fewer than 10 feedback?

I don't see the need to worry. Give him/her a chance to pay. What was the ONE feedback for?

1) You didn't mention low feedback restrictions when you ran the auction.
2) Give him a chance to pay.
3) If he doesn't pay, file an NPB.
It is much more of a risk to be the buyer than the seller. The seller is in control of everything. He has the item and the money. You have nothing to lose but re-selling the item if he doesn't pay.
If I were the buyer, and I found out about this, I'd be annoyed.

When you figure out how to do that, please tell us.
I can only block buyers with less than ZERO feedback scores.
-1, -2, -3

I seldom have problems with new EBAYers.
(I only do BIN listings, with Immediate Payment Required.)

You CAN, however, note in your listings, that buyers with less than X#
of FB cannot bid on your listing. If they bid/buy anyway, you can cancel the
"sale" and get any NEG removed based on an "unwelcome bidder" violation.
