Looks like they are selling a ton of fakes all around. Also if you look at the auctions they've won, bunch of cheap UD buybacks and Topps Originals. Seems they are using those to make their new fakes.

Yeah, I've just contacted as many sellers as ebay would allow asking for scans of the buyback serial #'s they sold to dannigirl_3. Unlikely available, but hopefully.

Saved all the pics of the COA's they bought listed in their buying feedback on page 1.

Becoming all too common. Sad.

Some of this buyer's buying auctions were for cheap UD buybacks, someone on the FCB forums found a Bonds #'d to 522 that the seller bought, and is now using the Cert card on a fake Bonds #'d to 14. So they are probably picking up cheaper UD buybacks and then using the certs for new fakes that are lower #'d.

that is not fake it was just signed by Carl Ripken.

I am by no means a Ripken auto expert but I do have 2 Ripken autos that I know are legit. That one is absolutely horrendous.

It already has. It started with the fake Jeters, fake Pujols, and fake Arods.

Yeah it's been going on for awhile. Sometime before Aug 2008 a Alex Gordon Bowman Originals 1/1, not on the Beckett C-List was sold by a seller who had a few rare non C-List listed cards of these. The Gordon was later graded by Beckett. Same seller (Wolverine.....) continued to have non C-List rare buybacks for sell for awhile. I stopped following awhile back.

BUT The Beckett C-List does have some flaws. Following cards are real and Becketts information is incorrect.

BECKETT C-list- Card: 2006 Bowman Originals Buyback Autographs #720 Russ Martin 05 BDPREL/ 3 F

There's not any /3. I assume /3 is the Orange color JSY and should be /11 on the C-List
