Has this PSA seal been breached?

Hi guys,
I'm new to this forum. I just bought a 1986 fleer jordan rc about 4 days ago. This is the link to the card http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230364899765&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT
Based on the scan that he provided, the card looks real. But I can never be sure until I have it in my hand and examine it. I can post some closeup scans for you guys to see once I received the card. But just based on the pictures in the link, does that holder look like it's been breached. I read a couple of post here about how you can tell if a seal is breached by looking at the top of the holder (it would look frosty if it's breached). This is the link http://forums.collectors.com/messageview.cfm?catid=11&threadid=724619&highlight_key=y&keyword1=psa&keyword2=breach
I was wondering if that case is also true for the fleer jordan. You can see that the top left look frosty. Your help is really appreciated.

For me it is hard to tell if it has been breached, but it does look frosty on the upper left side on the front scan, but does not look as frosty on the back scan...

I will, however, say that on future e-bay purchases this large, you should also make sure the seller will accept a return. I noticed this one does not.

<< <i>Hmmmm. Hard to tell. I think the case is alright. For the card, I'm no Jordan RC expert.

Well I paid with paypal using my cc, so if anything goes wrong, I can return it to get my money back. It is scary though to see so many scammers out there that even a graded card cannot be trusted. About a month ago, I thought as long as I buy a graded card and the serial number checks out that I'm pretty safe. Boy was I wrong. But like I said, I will post some closeup scans for you guys to see.
But just a general question: how DO you know if a seal is breached? if a big portion of the holder is frosty, then it's definitely breached?
It's got some "funny" places, but that does not always
mean anything bad.
Kiss me twice.....let's party.

I think the slab is most likely fine. I'm sure we've all gotten slabs directly from PSA that have some spots that will appear frosty in certain places.
I would however worry more about receiving the card at all given the seller's feedback. Did you pay with a credit card?
Assuming everything works out, that looks like a great card at a great price.
