I'm starting a 1952 Topps Set (Please Help)

OK,
I'm thinking about starting a 1952 Topps Set #1-80 graded PSA 5.0 or better.
Now I enjoy making sets like this and then selling them in a few years and starting over.
What do you think it would sell for when I was done?
I'm looking to buy good examples at really nice prices so if anybody has
anything or knows some body who does and who wants to sell then my email is:

I'm not sure about what you mean by the "Sain/Page variations"
I want to have fun doing this but i don't what to lose money at the end so which way do you think would be the best from that point of view?
raw and in the psa 4-5-6 range
where do you usually sell your sets once they are done?

<< <i>I'm not sure about what you mean by the "Sain/Page variations" >>
The cards of Yankee pitchers Johnny Sain and Joe Page are found in two variations. It's a little hard to see at first, but if you read the biographical write-up on the back, you'll see that Sain is called "Joe" in the error and Page is referred to as "Johnny."
Here's a link to a page I wrote about the 1952 Topps set, complete with a set checklist, pictures of both back colors and a pic of an unopened 5-cent wax pack.
The Page/Sain error was corrected before the red backs were printed, so they may be a factor in how much you end up paying for those two cards.
