Steve Hart's 1971 baseball wax box

Looks like a good box to buy and rip ?
PSA 8's and 9's sell for some nice money.
Do you think someone would at least break even from ripping it, or close to it ?

I have busted about 4 packs from 1971 mainly 1st series. I did get them for around 150.00 a pack back in the day. The only reason I busted them was because I made some money off a few packs that I got in one deal. The black boarders are tough to get in high grade. And even in the packs they have chipping. I only got around 3 9s (and the rest were to OC to even try grading) one was a HOF Dave Concepion Rookie, But it took a few trys for psa to give it a 9. It would be fun to watch. But that Nolan Ryan is notorious for being off centered and I bet the one in that box is. After purchasing the box and paying whatever grading fees you have. I think it would come out to a 6000-7000 loss. But I may be wrong. I asked the same question on here about busting my 1960 2nd Series wax box where I had about 3000 invested in it and I ended up coming out ahead around 2000. So who knows.
If you are going to fork over that much money, I would try my luck with the 1960 1st series box. I saw that same box about 8 years ago, I know it was the same box because the dealer said one pack had a banks on the back. He was asking only 3500.00 for it. The dealer said murphy might come back and buy it. It was cheap even then. But when I looked at it it was a very clean box. And there are lots of low pop and star cards possible. I busted 6 1960 Topps 2nd series pack and the cards came out CLEAN as hell!! That would be a good rip! Id be down for one of those.
