Topps Redemption Program Question

So I submitted a card to be redeemed by Topps in Sept of 2008. I'm still waiting and it shows that the status is pending. How long does it take before they send a replacement? I figured it might take a couple months but this is getting ridiculous! Any help would be appreciated!

I had to wait about a year for a Jay Bruce Auto redemption. They respond to emails fairly quickly.
