PSA 8 ... Guaranteed ... Or Your Money Back

Seller guarantees this Raw 1980 Topps Rickey Henderson will grade at least a PSA 8 or he will refund the purchase price. I don't recall seeing this type of guarantee before. I might take him up on his guarantee if he would also refund the grading and shipping and handling fees if the card does not grade at least a PSA 8.

P.S. I think the card has, at best, a 50/50 chance of grading a PSA 8.

    It is "guranteed" That is ten times better than guaranteed. Corners look soft to me.

    The bottom right corner bothers me. So I'm thinking 7 or 7.5 at best
    Then again the seller can have it slabbed and charge an 8 price for an 8

    The winner of the auction paid $42 delievered. He or she could have simply bought a PSA 8 Henderson RC for that amount. Six of them have sold on EBay for roughly that amount- or less- in the last two weeks!

    That would be an even better guarantee than the one this seller is offering.

    This in and of itself bothers me.

    You can have this one from Levi for 55 bucks. Don't think this guy going into the hall got anyone that excited - at least with respect to his RC value?

    To get the refund item must be returned in 7 days, good luck getting PSA to grade it within that time frame.



    Just an empty promise made in a lame attempt at helping sell that card.


    The buyer needs a refresher course on how to buy on ebay.
