Has anyone purchased from SFEXCHANGE?

Has anyone purchased from this seller? For some reason, I feel like I have heard this guy is a scammer. 99.3% feedback rating, and I can't find anything in past posts. Thanks for the help.

Over a year ago a seller with the ebay user ID (import-export-co.) began selling vintage wax packs from all sports with a vengeance on ebay. In particular he was selling a tremendous amount of '77 & '78 topps baseball wax packs. And even to this day his supply of vintage wax seems to be inexhaustable. So much so that I became very suspicious of this seller eight months ago. So I began studing the biggest ebay buyers of vintage wrappers and quickly saw that ebayer (sfexchange) was by far the biggest buyer of vintage wrappers.
Of special interest was the fact that (sfexchange) was routinely buying 100-ct uncut factory rolls of (yes that's right) 1977 & 1978 topps baseball wax wrappers from ebayer (redvalleyforge). So I immediately began comparing import-export-co & sfexchange and found that both their ebay listing pages had so many striking similarities that I knew right then they were the same person. Additionally import-export-co. lists their location as Los Angeles and sfexchange is in Burbank, Ca.--a suburb of L.A. just 10 miles from each other.
In reading import-export-co's feedbacks I saw that in their arrogance they took pleasure in blocking bidders. So to verify my suspicions I sent import-export-co an email telling him that one of his listings was vague, contradictory and unprofessional and I wouldn't bid on it until he cleaned it up. I was hoping this would upset him enough to block me and it worked. So I immediately tried to bid on an sfexchange listing and lo and behold I was blocked there as well--bingo!!! So now I had my connection that import-export-co (the largest seller of vintage packs on ebay) was the same person as (sfexchange) the largest buyer of vintage wrappers on ebay.
The next step now was to wait until sfexchange purchased a wrapper that contained such (unique) surface flaws so that I could use this wrapper as a "fingerprint match" (so to speak) if and when import-export listed on ebay a pack with this same identical wrapper containing these same identical surface flaws. Over the last seven months I've come across and cataloged dozens of "one-of-a-kind" unique wrappers that were purchased by (sfexchange) and that subsequently showed up as wrappers on full wax packs listed on ebay by import-export-co. But I have been patiently waiting for that one "special" raw wrapper that contains surface characteristics
SO unique and distinct that it would serve as indisputable evidence of counterfeiting to even the most novice of collectors should it reappear on a pack.
And as to answer my wishes sfexchange recently purchased a 1968 topps football wax wrapper SO unique in appearance that I couldn't wait to see if and when import-export would list on ebay a 1968 topps football wax pack housed in this SAME easily identifiable wrapper. So like a snake in the grass I patiently lay hidden awaiting my prey.
Well the wait wasn't long for today on ebay a 1968 topps football wax pack appeared for sale wearing that ever so "special" one-of-a-kind wrapper!!. And guess who the seller is? That's right--import-export-co! ...BUSTED!!!
I don't know how to post links on these message boards so I will give you the ebay listing# of the plain wrapper recently purchased by sfexchange--220407597570 and the listing# of the pack just listed by import-export-co--370203391111.
Look at those white "sun ray" type lines and how the one line intersects both the first B in bubble and the precise outer edge of the elbow. Look how a second line intersects the third B in bubble and the W in with. And look at the two small white blemishes just to the right of the helmet. And for the "clincher" look very closely on both wrappers you will see the very same tiny white dot below the first B in Bubble as well as a larger white dot near the left edge of the F in football--indisputable evidence that both wrappers are one in the same! Indisputable evidence that (sfexchange) recently purchased this same wrapper on ebay and that yesterday this identical wrapper came on ebay for sale by (import-export-co) in the reincarnation of a wax pack while being hailed as "factory sealed".
With over 26 years in the hobby I have never seen a '68 fb wax wrapper (or any wax wrapper for that matter) sporting what looks to be "folds" grouped in such a fashion as to resemble the "rays" of the sun similar to those found on the beautiful Walking Liberty half-dollar.
If another board member could graciously supply the "links" to the two listings I would greatly appreciate it.
Well I've been doing all the investigative work over the last eight months and I now leave it to you members to draw your own conclusion!
