JSA Authenticated Babe Ruth Signed glove on ebay....

What do you all think? The seller previously had this glove with a BIN of around $25k....now it's in auction mode with no reserve...
Would love to know the snail trail behind this glove, if it's been in the auction block before..

If I was selling this glove, I'd focus on the Ruth sig and take the very best pictures possible. Why would anyone use such crappy pics to sell a "once-in-a-lifetime" item? He says "As you can tell I took these pictures at night". WHY... would you DO that?!!!!
His description, in my opinion, is filled with too much hype! Phrases like ... "will only escalade in value as time passes by" and "this glove is way better than any Babe Ruth auto or signed ball" aren't necessary and sound pitchy.
Then he adds all the freebies ... if it hits this price you get this or that price you get that, etc. Sounds like those As Seen On TV ads .... "and if you act now, you'll receive an additional one absolutely free!".
Maybe it's just me, but something just doesn't sit well.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

Photo 5 you can make out very little of the R, along with some of the h and the line through the t.
Photo 6 is basically the same photo as 5 just closer.
The Ruth signature is very very faded, and probably will disappear altogether in time.
why would JSA want their name on that>? was that pre or post BGS marriage? SAL BANDO ANYONE?
"...To make this auction more interesting if it reaches 5k or above and buyer pays within 3 days I will include for free a GAME WORN JACKET of GIL HODGES from the DODGERS! Gil Hodges is a Dodgers Hall of Famer from the 1950s, one of the most beloved Dodger. He will be in the Baseball hall of fame very very soon. The Gil Hodges game worn jacket is in my Ebay Store. Please feel free to check it out. Value realized for the jacket is 4k..."
.............
Wonder what he will "give away," if the Hodges jacket is SOLD.
He has unorthodox business practice, he'll certainly try to deal outside of ebay to save final value fees.
I've asked him myself why he has so much high dollar inventory on ebay, he just told me he is a fan of collectibles.
I took it for what it is...still trying to figure out if he's truly a collector or someone in the business of flipping items.

Trying to move a buyer off-EBAY on a listing in which the contact was
initiated due to EBAY, is really not "legitimate."
Doing subsequent deals with buyers that were initially procured on
EBAY is TOTALLY "legitimate."
Sellers who will cheat EBAY will ALSO cheat their buyers.
Let's not get off topic here...I just want to know about the gloves history...

<< <i>If you want to purchase it, it's probably best you do it through ebay and Paypal. >>
I certainly don't disagree....I'd even suggest flying to pick up the item in person.
