Good call Mr. Burgandy. I did not even think of that. Amazing. It begs the question: If you unknowingly bought a trimmed card (that you later found out might be trimmed)that would otherwise be a psa 6 would you care if it was already slabbed in an 8 or 9 slab. I think it would bother me forever and would never be able to appreciate it, but that seems kind of silly really. 99% of the population would not even think twice.

I agree. I once had a 1988 Topps McGwire that came back evidence of trim. Odd thing was, it was a PSA crack out.
