Another Ebay buyer to block

Basically, I sold this woman a Steve McNair AUTO Superior Pix card. It took her 9 days to pay. And when she received it today, she claimed that it shipped poorly and was in poor condition, not in NR-mint/mint as listed. Now I ship all cards (under $100) in a bubble envelope and in top loader, yet she claimed it arrived trashed. She has already esclated to a claim. Now I asked her for a scan of the card in question, but she went off on me about how I ship, etc.
My question is should I just give her a refund since she when throught Paypal already. She also said that she's mailing the card tomorrow or should I wait and see if she's lying. Personally I say BS on the matter, since I ship the same way for 10 years and haven't had any problems of cards getting trashed or damaged. I've read on these forums that PP usually sides w/ the buyer in question, so I wonder if I'm going to lose $$ and get a neg anyway, even if she's lying on her end?
Oh her ebay id is stretch-your-dollar from TN.
Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

Make her go through the PayPal process.
(Keep in mind, all she has to do is say,"This autograph is fake,"
and PayPal will give her an automatic refund AND she will get
to keep the card or receive instructions to "destroy" it.)
Maybe she found one cheaper, but I would suspect a switcheroo might be coming.
The seller appears to be very experienced and using a new ID.
She jumped on the McNair and Jackson death trains.

Yup.
The ONLY safe way to retaliate is to set up a new ID, using a prepaid debit-card,
using a different computer and ISP, and using a different NAME and addy, and,
of course, using a new email address.
The whole process takes about 5-minutes.
You can use a library or coffee shop, if you don't have an extra ISP and computer.

Checkout the fake Mantle thread from yesterday and see the CRIMINAL who had
about 20 IDs that were all created within days/hours of each other.
I have been pestering T&S to NARU those IDs, today. BUT, they say they may
not be able to link them to the CRIMINAL. If true, that means there is likely a
hole in their computer tracking scheme.
Sounds like she bought the McNair hoping to flip it locally. The hype went away and she is stuck with a card she over paid for. Now she tries to screw you.
