Ostracized? His main source of income the last 3 or 4 years has been from books exposing the juicers.

Lawsuits are serious business. I'm Canseco will file in federal court. In which case, the defendants are sure to file a motion to dismiss. It that motion doesn't get granted and the matter goes to trial and/or before a jury, I would be nervous as a defendant.

As a lawyer I think this makes for a very interesting case. I actually think there is a case. I don't know if it's a class action though as that would need more plaintiffs with the same problems. I see this as an individual case since he was clearly blackballed. The problem is figuring who the defendants are. I think you have to sue MLB, players assoc, each team, each gm, baseball writers of America, and every baseball writer. Crazier lawsuits have had success!

Well, he did get 6 votes for the Hall of Fame back in 2007, so not everyone was in on the "fix."

Canseco and will clark are my favorite players back into 80s. I feel so sorry for that guy, looks like he's desperate for cash now.
