Baseball card shops or shows in the L.A./O.C. area

I know someone just asked this in Cleveland, but I have been trying to find some good places to find cards and was wondering if anyone knows of any in the L.A./O.C. area? I live in La Habra which is on the Northern O.C. border. If anyone knows of any websites that gives information about card shops or card shows that would be awesome.

Thank you for your help.

Dave's Vintage Cards and Porky's, not to mention Burbank Sportscards (They may only sell online). They're not in your backyard, but they're within driving distance.

  • There was a good card shop in a little complex called Hobby City (had all sorts of other stores as well). I was in the Anaheim area and it's somewhere between there and Fullerton if I remember rightly. Was a couple of years ago and they had a good selection of older stuff, filled a lot of gaps in my 72 collection. Can't be sure it's still there of course, but might be worth checking out.

  • Just done a little digging and if it's still there it's called 'Baseball Card Dugout' and the address is 1238 S Beach Boulevard, Anaheim. Maybe it wasn't so near Fullerton. image
  • Frank and son shows on Wed nights and Sat morning in Walnut and Jimmyz on Fri nights and Sunday morning in Whittier. Frank and sons has kind of turned into a swap meep and Magic gathering hotspot. Keep an eye out for the Hollywood park show. Not sure if they will ever have it again, but worth watching for it. They have a lot of overgraded and overpriced cards.
