Thumbtack holes--EDIT, answered, thanks

OK, I have a 67 Rose that would probably grade out at a 3 due to corner wear and some surface wear, except it has 2 thumbtack holes (no circular dents). How much further do you think that would knock this down? I'm deciding if it's worth it to grade and sell.

Thumbtack holes = 1 at best no matter what (unless they miss it!)

All the way down to PSA 1.
