What is the best way to ship an item to Taiwan? Is there a way to get tracking information to protect against Paypal chargebacks? Any help is appreciated.

• 4 pound maximum - for the small flat-rate box and flat-rate envelope.
• 20 pound maximum - for the regular/medium and large flat-rate boxes.
