Its cheap................... $3-4 however, you will have no proof of delivery. Canada registered mail is $25. Its the cheapest proof of del. method.

I'm sure Bill has every intention to add correct shipping charges. I'm sure you get overcharged living in Canada as such, when buying from the States.

Not a big deal! Just move to Minnesota! (But there's plenty of ebay sellers who will overcharge you for shipping anyway!)

I shipped an 10 x 13 bubble mailer with the green card showing delivery being made along with $90 insurance for $16. My wife shipped it, so hopefully it turns out alright. I did think that it was a minimum $25 to Canada with any proof of delivery.

I sent to the stinky Canuck just above for $0, zero, nada, nil. A 242 card set, well packed in an 800 ct. box for less than $10. It really is too difficult or expensive to ship it North. As with any other buyer, just judge them by their track record and actions, not their location, and you'll be fine.
