Top right corner is pretty gnarly - guys with way more grading experience than me can let you know if that falls within 3-4 standards. My gut says probably not, though.
VG-EX 4: Very Good-Excellent.
A PSA VG-EX 4 card's corners may be slightly rounded. Surface wear is noticeable but modest. The card may have light scuffing or light scratches. Some original gloss will be retained. Borders may be slightly off-white. A light crease may be visible. Centering must be 85/15 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the back.
VG 3: Very Good.
A PSA VG 3 card reveals some rounding of the corners, though not extreme. Some surface wear will be apparent, along with possible light scuffing or light scratches. Focus may be somewhat off-register and edges may exhibit noticeable wear. Much, but not all, of the card's original gloss will be lost. Borders may be somewhat yellowed and/or discolored. A crease may be visible. Printing defects are possible. Slight stain may show on obverse and wax staining on reverse may be more prominent. Centering must be 90/10 or better on the front and back.
lol--u guys are probably right though--looking at it in that light, i have to question why someone would do such a bad job if it is indeed trimmed--plus seems as if it would have already been graded if it was'nt--thanks as always
I had that lot on my watch list, my father in law collects #1 cards and it had pafko. The seller mentioned that the pafko was oddly cut. But there were too many red flags for me to spend more than $100 or so. When the seller bought the pafko he bought it as sheet cut with scissors for $113.

seller bought it on ebay 6/24
seller cleaned it up a bit, then sold it on 7/11
There were a lot of cards, breakup should end up with the Pafko costing almost nothing or less.
Run your finger tips against the edges front and back side of the card. If you feel grooves its been trimmed by razor or sissor.
I wont get into laser cut subject because no way that card has been laser trimmed.
