The '62 Yaz is a definite review in my opinion. I really can't tell from the scans if the NM-MT cards would be able to bump. Great cards

I guess I would try them all.

The Gibson may be maxed out on the eye-appeal score,
but it seems they bump lots of cards with that kind of
centering if the corners are sharp enough.

Some of the '62s seem a tad tilty, but they would prolly
    see it differently.

    All seem worth a try.

I like the Ryan. I would be worried about the Gibson in a bust out coming back min size.

    "...in a bust out.........."

I would prolly not crack any of 'em.

I would just try for the "review."

  • The cards that look obviously undergraded to me from the scans are the Yaz and the Ryan.

Maybe the Flood should be in a 7.5 holder, but IMO the corner wear would prevent it from ever getting a grade higher than that. I don't know if the value difference between a 7 and a 7.5 is worth the money to try, but I'm guessing it isn't.

  • Ron-- I think you should just do the Yaz, because if that doesn't get bumped none of the others will. JMO

I'd send the Gibson and the Ryan in.

The Flood or Landrum are the obvious to me. NO doubt.

The Yaz is the only one I'd try.

The Yaz is the obvious one to me. Out of the others, I like the Ryan the most. Gibson is really nice but there's a slight corner touch upper left. I think if the Landrum was any other 62 common not named George Witt or Don Landrum, it would be in a PSA 8 holder.

The upper right corner (as Ron shows the card horizontally in the scan) worries me about the 1952 Ryan card. The other corners look strong, but, in my opinion, phenomenal centering really helped carry that card to an 8. I dont think it is possible for it to go higher.

IMHO, for what it's worth, I'd only try on the Yaz.

I thought with the .5 thing alot of high end 7's would get the .5. ---They have not. I can see where they are very tough on 8's because of the potential substancial increase in value; but the 7's I don't quite understand. The cards that Ron has are very nice and some are very high end. That Yaz is extremely high end and a no doubt 8. That card should have been an automatic 8 with a second look by the grader for consideration to the 8.5. Instead it was a 7 with a second look to a 7.5---I honestly don't understand this.

I agree with the Yaz - I can't always see things from a scan - but that looks more like an 8 to me - unless they hate the upper right corner more than I.

    Really nice cards Ron
