still would like a response---instead of the bitt-chee attitude i received from "chrissy" today in customer service with those same great patented defensive answers.

There are no specialty cards in your order? It seems in the past you had some specialty cards in your orders and those tend to slow down the process a lot. I might be confusing you with someone else though. Good luck!

I send my orders seperately in either by sport or by non-sport. The point is there is no excuse for one order being done in a few days while the other order has been "in process" since June 1st. I can give a rats-- you know what...about business days.

No excuse? Are you kidding me?

    It's summer. People take vacations.

It is a recession. Jobs have been cut.

Open your dam eyes and deal will it.

Beckett is a shipping box away if you want to go there.

When over 80% of your posts amount to little more than whining and complaining it's time to take a break from the Internet. Remember: Just because YOU care about your turnaround times doesn't mean anybody else does.
  • Submit via big dealers or use Beckett/SGC. Simple as that.

I submitted 32 cards for the July special. PSA got them on Tuesday of one week and the grades popped on Friday. I have never had to wait over a week for any of my submissions to pop.
  • My racks have been at GAI since the end of March. I'm past the mad stage. The worried stage came and went. Now I'm broken down and accepting I'll never see those FF racks. And if I do, it'll be a treat. Sad....

You're order has been there approximately 32 days. Business days. That is PSA's policy when they say they will grade your cards in "X" amount of days. Be happy one of your submissions was graded in a few days. Thank PSA for grading that one considerably early.

Hey boopotts they got stuff now for that PMS. Since you double me in posting--maybe you need the vacation. How many threads will it take for me to find you whining? 1, 2, or 3? Oh, nevermind. you did it here.

Actually received a call from PSA today. Liked what i heard. Thanks to that individual image

Always plan on the order taking the full amount of time. Some get in and out much quicker and some are lightning fast, for those, be happy that we told you 45 business days and did them faster. The order you are asking about shouldn't be too much longer but I can't give you an exact date and neither can Kristie (or any other rep) when you call in. I know you don't like the "pat answer" but it is the one we have.
