you may have to put them out on ebay individually. I don't think you'll get anyone to pay $3 - 10 per card otherwise....and you'll probably find that many that list for those type prices won't sell at all. just my experience with these types of cards.....

Where did you come up with the pricing? You are quoting SMR for these raw cards. Am I missing something?
    In any event good luck.

I don't see how you are grading these as "8" (NM-MT). I see several that would grade a "6" (EX-MT) or "7" (NM) at best. I would advise you to reset your expectations on these or if you feel that confident about your grading, then I would advise you to submit them on July special for just $4.50 card.

Edit to add that several of these would likely receive OC qualifiers.

dude, those auctions are a complete joke. all that effort, grading guide, its a lot of bull, you have cards in decent raw shape. time to get a tad more realistic.

This seller either does not understand grading or is just listing some stupid auctions. They might bring a small percentage of the opening BINs.

All auctions are set up so that buyers can offer whatever they want for any number of the cards (that's why the quantity shows as 10 - i.e. so multiple offers can be received).

The prices are a joke and are just "placeholders" to allow the listing to survive through the offers. I really have NO IDEA what the ACTUAL reasonable value of each entire set is since I obviously don't have the expertise (or time) to grade every one of the approximate 800 cards and research their values using past sales, auction results, SMR online, etc.

Anyone wanna take the time required to perform this task for a cut?

Lastly, yes, I thought most were a grade of 8 or so when I first started the listings merely because they looked very nice to me AND because they looked nearly identical to me to ones I compared them to that were on eBay and graded by PSA as an 8. I really could not tell any discernible differences in most cases.

Anyway, who cares if the auction says $1,000 or whatever. If you think cards number x, y, & z are worth $50 TO YOU, go ahead and offer that.

I really do appreciate all the advice and education you guys have given me thus far.

    Thanks,

    Roger.

    ps. What's an "OC qualifier"

    Good Morning,
Well I was going to give you the benefit of the doubt and make an offer on a couple of lots I was interested in. But I can't because you've got some confusing make an Offer on one lot of 10...Or whatever. As an example I wanted to just make an offer on the 71's, not 10 cards, not multiple lots of you pick the number or whatever!! Just the whole lot of 168 cards. Your complication of the bidding/Offer process assure that you will get no bid from me, and I guarantee almost anybody else.
Good Luck and have a Great day!!

The quantity of 10 simply allows for up to 10 separate offers to be made/received.

I set the buyer requirements to not allow anyone to buy more than 1 which means that someone couldn't buy the whole lot 10 times e.g.

How else would it be possible to allow different people to make offers for different parts of the set without doing multiple listings?

Sorry you are confused but it's really quite simple. Make an offer for whatever cards you want.

Select a quantity of one regardless of the number of cards you want (in fact, eBay won't let you make an offer on more than one). Let me know in the offer details which card(s) your offer covers.

    Good day,
That's Ok, I'm not a neophyte here. I just don't understand why you couldn't list them at your rediculous price with Make Best Offer option, you can get one or a thousand offers, its really that simple!!
Anyway my advice is to take Bottom 9th's offer, that's way more than I was going to offer.
    Have a great day

OC qualifier is given to cards that are off center. From a SMR or grading perspective it reduces the value of those cards by about two grades. You have some nice mid-grade cards, but the confusing auction format, the high BIN price, and the highlighted PSA 8 SMR values put me off as a buyer. I think you will have better luck splitting out key cards and selling those as singles , then take Neil's advice and sell the remainder as a raw lot.

Edit to add: You've set up your auction to make it easy for you as the seller. You'll have much better results if you make it easier for the buyer instead.
