Unopened experts, need advice on an ebay seller

Anyone deal or have heard of dealings with sprawlsportsmem on ebay selling unopened packs? Trying to gauge this seller.
Do You Collect image Baseball 1937,1965-94,2008-09?
Or Regional Canadian Baseball Issues?

    What are you looking to buy? I don't know them..Why not just buy from steve at bbce...and be sure that its not opened.

    I'd steer clear (not based on any prior dealings, just my opinion).

    I'd buy from him at the right price that way if it turned out to be resealed crap I
    would not worry. By reduced price I mean 30% of what a comparable pack/box would cost
    at BBCE. Got to take some risks in this hobby.

    Sadly all the POS feedbacks are meaningless as those people may have no idea
    if they have resealed junk.

    As a rule of thumb, never buy packs off of ebay. Even though the seller may not have resealed them, packs have a way of finding themselves for sale again long after the first sale BY the resealer. If youre looking for packs, as has been mentioned before, buy from BBCE. The little extra you might have to pay is worth it, after all, there is a REASON why unopened packs sell for so much less on ebay.

    I thought eBay was stopping sales of unopened material (is there a date cutoff?)

    2 say resealed. Sellers said seals poped during shipment both times.

    I know many people have a buy/sell acct. but when I buy wax, if they have seperate accounts, sometimes I use that against them in my judgement.
