Turnaround Time

Today is workday 13 of my 10 day estimated turnaround time. Have there been some big shows to slow the process? Are others having the same problem?

Not sure but i am assuming that they are clearing the way (or pushing things back) for our group sub so that it can turn around in at least 4 days.

turnaround time does not vary with demand...it just varies period.

It's actually a custom card. Will be worth the price and the wait for me.
