April special poppage 105 cards -- what a let down..

So, my April special pops listing the105 cards.

I looked at the first 15 cards because they were all 75 Bretts and some 75 OPC commons


PS -- N8: MISCUT 1975 TOPPS 228 GEORGE BRETT

I got my first one of these ^^^ ever -- does PSA still slab this ? ? ?

I am trying to get 100 75 Brett's and have 30 so far.


So, here is the million dollar question.

SHOULD I LOOK AT THE GRADES OR WAIT UNTIL DEVILERY FOR IN HAND POPPAGE, LOL ?

    Just curious ... Why does PSA grade a card with "A**Hole" on the knob of the bat, but not the Ripken FFace card?

    Is there a list of what curse words are acceptable?

    I am a little puzzled at you getting a 89 topps Bob Welch slabbed a psa 5? Are you a big Welch fan or something? Just curious

    There was an error variation on the Welch card. I dont know if PSA identifies it or not
    IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY

    it was the error card but PSA put correct....I don't even think I owned the correct version, so this is going to be a problem....


    Many of the cards went immediatlely from pack to holder....the manny rookies were flawless yet psa just doesn't want to give away 10's.

    So , we will see.

    Yours are not included. I have the 10 error, and sold a 9 error. Have the 9 glossy corrected with no mention of glossy on flip though, should be fixed on new batch @ PSA. I didn't get this one fixed as they said I had to pay seperate shipping to fix it. Even if included in a order. Bummer, as the pop report is messed up as the glossy is not htf and the non glossy was corrected late in the run making it harder to find. I've found only around 6 from busting around 30+ sets, 5 wax boxes.

    I'll check when I get home in ... ugh, 7 hours and email ya.

    Just curious ... Why does PSA grade a card with "A**Hole" on the knob of the bat, but not the Ripken FFace card?

    Is there a list of what curse words are acceptable?

    I think your thinking of BGS. They graded the FF then stopped for years and currently grades it again.

    haha, that card is the reason I got into error collecting. That card is Blackedout on the front and will always be one of my favorite cards.

    I wanted it graded for my error collection. When I get it back I will show everyone. The sad bad is that it got a psa 4. It should have been less, lol.

    Then again, I swear that card grader is severly influenced on the actual card and not just the condition.

    I had alot of head scratchers in there. We will see
