OT: Question about posting a link

I want to post a link to some pictures on an excel spreadsheet. (The pictures are housed at Photobucket) I can copy and paste the link where I want it, but can someone tell me how I can change this long link:
to This:
1971 Topps
I would like to have clickable link that tells me what the picture is opposed to the long http link.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

Type all the normal stuff you want to say, and when you get ready to have your link, stop typing and click on the http button on the toolbar just above this editing window (the one that doesn't have the "s" after "http"). Once you click on it, the window will request a "URL for the link" (that's the long http://img.photowhatever thing). Paste that in (or type it in if you are a scary good typist) and click "OK".
Another window will then come up asking you for the "Text for the link". Type in "1971 Topps" or any appropriate text label, and click "OK".
Voila! The link will be inserted at the end of your document. You can copy and paste it inside the editing window wherever you want, but when you originally add the link, it will always zoom to the end of what you've already entered (not to the current cursor position like it should.....hint, hint).
Good luck! Here's my attempt at a link:
