What's wrong with this scenario?

Something doesn't seem right with these 2 auctions? It looks to me like the seller of auction #1 was the winner of auction #2.
Auction #1 .... Ended 4-28-09
Auction #2 .... Ended 5-10-09
So how does Seller #1 who has the card originally for sale but doesn't sell it, wind up winning the exact same card from Seller #2 less than 2 weeks later? Doesn't make sense!

So is Jagermeister or however the heck you spell it.

I thought of that at first, but I ruled it out because of the 2 different selling locations .... and, I was hoping for more of a bizarre-type scenario!
I've got to stop watching shows like "Fringe"!
Now where's that Jagermeister?

And he's buying his own cards to boost the 2nd ID's feedback ratings?

It's probably more likely that he was shill billing, or trying to lure other bidders into the auction--but nobody took the bait and he ended up winning his own card. I don't think with the listing fees, etc. that he would go through this trouble just to add more feedback.
Have you reported this guy? Or emailed him to put a scare into him so he knocks it off? This person should not be running around scott-free on eBay...
