  just go into your profile on the 15 and there will be a button towards the bottom of the page that will allow you to upload a new one.

  And be patient, it will probably be after noontime for you as PSA is on the west coast, and they don't usually start until 9am.
  Have your pic of choice and resize it to 100 x 100 pixels
