I don't think we have a mail issue. My package was recieved and PSA is just backed up putting it into their systems.

Most of our packages should be there and you should track and confirm. It is the April special that is log jammed.

Mine was received on the 30th. I shipped on the 29th. Pretty impressive work by the USPS if you ask me.

I called PSA to discuss my package sent 4/28 and not yet logged. They said that there is a backlog from last minute April specials.
They also said that they have moved other service levels ahead of those. They said since the special is "approx 45 days" they can make up the time on those later.
So these specials are being bypassed by more recent, more pressing service levels while they sit awaiting loggage

OK, does the 45 business day clock start when the item was received or when they finally decide to login the cards?

I sent mine in early April and were logged in quickly. I was pretty sure there was going to be quite a few at the end of the month.

We've got loggage !!!

This is the first of 3 sent out on 4/30

And it's my 4 card $14/5 day special, not the 2 other 50+ bulk April specials

But loggage anyways WOOHOO!!!

If that's true then it is total BS. What is stopping them from holding the package for a month or two just because they are busy instead of abiding by their own 45 day turnaround policy?

Mine were finally logged this morning. However "RECEIVE HOLD"!!! I think I know why so I was expecting the receive hold status.

Mine took 6 days once it arrived before it was logged on. If you want faster service, I would suggest posting a pic of 4 scantily dressed VERY LARGE woman, one with red hair and someone on this board will notice the post quick.
