I subbed a 1951 Bowman Ted Williams in the first group sub that was well centered with sharp corners. However, it had similar creases to that card and only got a 2.
Solid card with light creasing at the top around the hat on the front. Nice centering with softness and rounding at the corners. Small chip at the hat to the left of the "D" and on the neck (see photo). Nice back with a single crease at the top right from the "G" in Gehringer down thru the "5" in Average .315 at the right side. Type One back (Fox/Klien). Condition Opinion: VG-VG+ with creases.

The crease is not is a place where it detracts that much.
If that is paper loss it could get a 1.
