OT - Anything to do in sarasota?

Heading to Sarasota next week. My wife has a conference during the day, so I'm on my own (with a rental car).

I know there's a few dog tracks/casino's in Tampa. Anything else I should check out?

    Don't know what day(s) you'll be in town, but it looks like the Sarasota Reds will have some home games next weekend...

    I believe the Circus Hall of Fame is in Sarasota.
    Oops - sorry - they sold it to Peru, Indiana.

    It's "newly wed and nearly dead' and not all of us are in that category.

    In my book it beats L.A., Florida, where L.A. stands for Lower Alabama. Lived in your neck of the woods for a time. image
