1935 Natl Chicle R311 reprint set

I'd like to solicit some opinions. I'm thinking of creating and selling a reprint set for the 1935 Chicle R311s on eBay. I have several concerns - is it legal? how can I best make sure they don't get resold as original? should I sell the set or individual prints? will I make any money at this? I ask about the money because I see there are some large vendors on eBay who sell reprints at a very reasonable cost, and when you take into account all the work involved, I'm not sure it would be worth it for me. Here's some of the one's I've cleaned up and have ready to go:
